Question by shabu: How can i sumbit my blog in to google web master tool?
I have submitted my blog in Google web master tool, but its asking to verify my home through a meta tag or a HTML file. How can i upload these files (sitemap.xml, robots.txt and meta tag or HTML file verification)????

You can’t upload an HTML file to a blog. But you can verify your blog with Google Webmaster Tool by putting the metatag they want you to use
Go to your site layout or blog template, go to the HTML edit section and put the tag between
section of your blog

I used to use a tracker that would show me ads while I surfed the net and then they would send you a check. I got 40.00. that was about 8 years ago so not sure if it is still around.

Pampered Chef is a great opportunity but chances are there are already more then a couple of represenatives in your area. If you are looking for a home business that is fun and new try WallWords. I started a vending business from my home. Got some used machines off of EBay and Craigslist. Set up a website http://www.bluegroupvending.ca to get some leads for locations and off I went. Added advantage is you can start small and work your way up.

Question by jd_astro: Is an employer’s matching contribution considered as “earned income”?
In a foreign retirement plan I received matching contributions from my employer. If it is “earned income”, it may be excludable when I receive it, but the interest earned will not be. I’ll have to re-calcluate taxes for those years however.

It’s not necessarily earned income, but you do have to count it somewhere on your taxes.

Question by AB: Anyone have a recommendation on the best home based business for selling cruises?
My wife wants to work from home as a travel agent selling cruises. There are tons of companies on the internet, and we cant figure out which one is best, reliable, not a scam, etc. Any recommendations?

There are trade groups for travel agents, and joining one and learning from current members would be a very good way to begin a travel agency business. Or — she could work for an established travel agent for a while to learn the ropes.

I explored this. Most of them gave vouchers of one sort or another, which did not interest me. I got a lot of junk mail as a result which lasted some time – stopped now.
