probably to get friends to tell people how good it is, maybe sell drinks and snacks aswell… make it nice and cosy and have signs saying where it is.

    1. What is your business exactly? Without knowing all the details I would say advertise in the newspapers, on the radio, attend some networking sessions, put up flyers around your area, hand out business cards and brochures, talk to people you know, approach some stores and see if they will display your business cards etc. Good Luck :)

    2. There are thousands of work at home yahoo groups that are free advertising, many forums, boards, listings, link exchanges as well. Put in small business, or home business or work at home business in the yahoo groups and there are thousands of them to advertise on. Make business cards, attach a mint or small sample of what you sell on them. Leave them with your tips, send them out in all your mail, bills etc. Send out fliers to all family and friends tell them to spread the word. Attend local art and craft shows, go to open houses, talk up your business there. Join networking groups in your area and give out the info there, its free to talk about it to everyone!

    3. Time to do the leg work. Find out what you need to make it work and find out what the competition is charging, Now go and make bids to any local business you are interested in working with.

    4. Offer something free – to let them get to know you – like a free cleaning with a referral – and hand out a lot of flyer’s
on mailboxes – write to every business you’d like and introduce yourself with a card – say great rates, trusting -
you go the extra mile –
Word of mouth from your clients helps too –
So get going and place some local ads in the paper you have to spend a little to make a lot and work it hard to get your name out there.
