They work only if you come up with a good idea yourself. If someone says you can make lots of money working at home, it’s a scam.

    1. In order for a home based business to work, it takes work. I work online as an Independent Business Owner. We are the Number One National Medical Benefits Company in the United States and we have over 2 million members on our health plans nationwide. All positions are 100% home based, even all your training takes place from home as well. If you’re interested in knowing more about what I do, and how you can start working today, just message me and I’ll give you more details. Have a great day, and good luck!

    2. Yes, home based businesses really work. There are scams out there, though, so you need to make sure to do your research. In order for a home business to work you need to treat it like a business. You can’t just expect it to make money without any work on your part.

    3. Be skeptical, be VERY skeptical, expecially of “home business oppurtinities” like the one mentioned above. I don’t know anything about that one, and I am not saying they are all bad, but there are a lot of ways out there to lose your money. A home business doesn’t have to come from an oppurtinity, but it can. I have made money from both “oppurtinities” as well as my own ideas. Do the research on anything you come upon. The biggest problem is people get into “business” for the sake of making money, so these big money claims sound nice. You should get into business because you want to work for yourself, in a business that you enjoy doing and feel passionate about. Don’t do it for the money, if there is a demand in your area for something you enjoy doing, do it right and you will make money,

    5. Yes home based businesses really work. They are not all scams. Don’t be skeptical about getting involved in one. But don’t just “try” one. Having a business takes time and effort. They only work if you make them work. They have the same income opportunity as a traditional business without all the over head expenses. They are businesses that you own and run out of your house. There really is no difference between a traditional business and a home based business, the only difference is your running it out of your home and not in a traditional store front manner. This creates less over head expenses, and they are easier to maintain. The same income opportunity applys. but the plus side of it, because your running it out of your home, most everything in your home that you personally use daily is all a tax write off. Electricity, gas, telephone, cell phone, Internet and car expenses. Even a space in your home used as your “office” is tax write off. So many advantages running a business from your home rather than doing it the traditional way. The majority of the people I know have home based business and do extremely well. From parents to single moms and couples. All do incredibly well with their home based business. So don’t be skeptical and forget about what negative people say about home based businesses. They are uninformed on the true income possibilities of businesses ran out of their home.
I created an article on this very subject a while ago to help people understand the real opportunities of home based businesses. What you need to do in just about any industry you were to venture in. With a few different industries of businesses that I know people who are in and do very well in. It might help shead some light on a few things that people have misconstrude on these opportunities. If you’d like to read my article here’s the URL. I hope this gives you some insight on the fact that home based businesses do really work and they are not scams.

    7. This question is asked more and more all over the Internet and the answers are usually something like this: “Yes, and you can find out more at my website http://www.Make MoneyFromHomeWhileEatingHamburgers.com” or “Most of home based businesses are scams, but not mine: “HugeProfitsWithoutDoingAnythingAtAll.com” and it’s obvious where this kind of answers are coming from.

Somehow we’ve arrived to a situation when general public believes that there are two different types of business: “real business“, where you have to invest money, time, effort and where you have to actually work hard in order to achieve any kind of success and “home based” or “Internet based business”, where you don’t have to work at all and where you can make at least one million dollars in a very short time without any effort whatsoever. The only problem is that there are “scams” out there and you need to make sure you don’t get into one of them.

Here is a thing: any Internet based business and any home based business opportunity is still a BUSINESS. Like any other business it must have a product, it must have a customer and there has to be a way to sell that product to a customer.

The profit is always created from the event of sale! Period.

There are no magic businesses out there that will create a fortune for you just because you are so special!

      Get real!

You don’t walk into a car dealership and ask a salesperson: “Do you have any fast and reliable cars that are not “lemons?” Or do you?

We are all aware about “scams,” we are aware about “lemons,” we are aware about the pot holes under the water – we still drive through them, just slower.

Yes, Internet based business has some unique features: low cost of manufacturing the product, low cost of delivering the product, potentially very large customer base, ability to delegate nearly a hundred percent of all the aspects of it, ability to set it on autopilot, but it is still a business that you have to run yourself and you need to know how to run it.

Main thing is – it’s not the business that makes money, it’s the business owner.

How about a restaurant, or a laundromat, a car-wash, a day-care? Are any of them profitable businesses? Or, are they “scams?”

You make it profitable and you make it a disaster!

For me, as for a guy who’s been through a number of brick-and-mortar businesses, Internet marketing is a logical choice, but if you are looking for some miraculous business opportunity where you don’t have to do anything – you are out of luck here.

Ultimately, you need to figure out first if you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur, if you understand the consequences about being in charge and relying only on yourself – the risk is higher, but the reword is worth it!

Go read Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad” first and see if you are even interested in becoming an entrepreneur.

You can not at the same time be a full time office worker with $35,000 per year and on the side in your spare time make a fortune in a home based business. That’s not how it works.

Home based businesses do work, there is nothing wrong with them. After all it’s just another business, why wouldn’t it work? But make sure you realize that you will have to work at it in order to succeed, like in any other business.
